What are some good meals for breakfast lunch and dinner?!

Breakfast- try eating (not all in one serving) oatmeal, eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, biscuits, cinnamon rolls,scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, fruit, muffins, sausage biscuits, etc.

Lunch- a bagel for lunch wouldn't fill me up, but if that's is the healthiest thing they would have i would try bringing my lunch.
If you start bringing your lunch bring: 1 sandwich, fruit, bottled water, yogurt, and like a bag of chips.

Dinner- steak, lasagna, mac and cheese, ravioli, alfredo, fruit, vegetables, pizza, hamburgers every now and then
And you can try going out to eat every now and then, but dont eat alot of mexican food or fast food. try eating at italian restaurants or grills. maybe chinese restaurants, etc.

be thankful you even have bagels! jesush, at my school probably the healthiest thing we have is a friken donut that morphs it shape every 5-10 seconds. um, i would try ...soup?! crackers and cheese?! popcorn!?!?

O ya, Bagels 3 times a day is a good healthy diet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. What more could you ask for? Eat up Bagel Boy.
