What is a smoothie I can make for breakfast or lunch that will taste yum but give me my 5 veges and 3 fruits?!


Question: /4 cp. fresh or frozen spinach
1 stalk celery
1/4 cucumber sliced
2 slices of tomatoes
1 tsp crushed mint
17 grapes
10 strawberries
2 small bananas
1 cp. unsweetened cranberry juice


Preparation
Blend all ingredients and drink up. This makes several servings, I freeze the excess and reblend so it is slushy and cool. Very tasty and satisfying.

i would have a v8.after all,...should of hade a v8!

Try Strawberry's, apple, banana, Milk, carrots, Mango, celery, mint leaves, some ice...sugar...then mix...you can put any other favorite veggies...

5 8oz glasses of V-8, V-Fusion.
