Where can I buy egg whites?!
Answers: The store only has the ones with the yolk. Should I go to a health food store?
Almost any grocery store sells them with the Egg Beaters and other products of that ilk. I saw them at Wal-Mart recently. They come in a 1 pint carton.
Buy some Egg Beaters. They are just egg whites with yellow food coloring and preservatives.
Better yet, make your own:
Crack an into your hand. Do this over a bowl. Carefully move the egg back and forth between your two hands. Let the egg whites drip through your fingers and into the bowl beneath. There is a sack of egg whites around the yolk that can sometimes can be difficult to separate. Just keep moving it from hand to hand, being careful not to break the yolk. Discard the yolk or use it for a recipe.
Any grocery store should carry them. Costco has the best price for them.

Every whole egg has 50% egg whites.
Seperate them yourself and these will be fresher.
