this one looks yummy! =)

Penn pasta, seafood cocktail (frozen, from a supermarket) Tomatoes and a base sauce (also from a supermarket).
Boil the pasta for about 5 minutes, drain and transfer to a baking dish.
Mash the tomatoes with the base sauce and add this and the seafood cocktail to the pasta. Add garlic to taste.
Into the oven for about 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
Take out of the oven, serve piping hot and add Parmesan cheese if you like it that way (I do, though a lot of people would rather parsley and basil (finely chopped) put over the top

sorry eat out mostly, why do you ask so many questions are you lonely??

This recipe is so easy and loved by my family.
Recipe for 4 people.

Ingredients:

1 lb box Penne Pasta
4 Italian sausages (I like sweet, your choice)
1/2 onion, cut into strips
1 bell pepper cut into strips
1 tbls minced garlic (or fresh, the amount is to your taste)
1 can diced tomato, or dice a large fresh one.
Salt and pepper to taste
Basil to taste

Cook pasta according to directions.
Place sausages in skillet with a little cooking oil, (olive if you have it) over medium low heat and brown on all sides. Remove sausages from skillet and set aside, add a little more oil to the pan and toss in the onions and peppers. While they are cooking, slice the sausages into bite size pieces.
Add the garlic to the onions and peppers. Cook another 5 min. Add the sausage back to the pan with the peppers and onions. Add the basil to taste. Add the tomatoes and heat through.
In a large bowl toss together the cooked pasta and the sausage mixture. Top with Parmesan or Romano cheese and enjoy. Serve with salad or garlic bread.

Here's one. In your favorite nonstick skillet, you put about 1 tsp of bacon fat and cubed pork meat (raw),,,season to taste (I like SPIKE no salt seasoning). Add onions greenpepper (diced finely). Add frozen peas. Stir until cooked (20 minutes tops,,depending on how big your meat peices are). Add cooked ribbon noodles and then throw some slices of high quality processed cheese (I prefer bongards brand),,,cover pan and let the cheese melt all over the food. Pepper to taste and serve with bun/butter and jello.

fetuccinni alfredo w/ shrimp
You can make your own alfredo white sauce adding galic powder, basil and oregano or just buy it ready, all the powder and just mix water and milk as it says on the bag.
I steam my pre cooked fozen shrimp, but if you don't have a steamer, just grill it w/ some olive oil and garlic salt.
When I steam it I don't even put salt on the shrimp, no seasoning at all, but I make my alfredo sauce really tasteful so when I mix the shrimp it will get the taste of the sauce
You can also put some peas on top of it when you are done cooking.
