i <3 bacon. some of my friends dont like it, which i think is just wrong if you're not a veggy.
to be more specific, i love greek bacon, i had some in corfu and its lovely. as far as english bacon goes, i fry mine in a pan, not too crispy though, i like mine softish with crispy rimmed corners. then add a pinch of salt. my favourite type would be streaky bacon.
i could live of bacon if it was healthy, literally, i'ed have a bacon sandwich the size of a crowbar everyday.
