definatley! we (my family && i) thought i was lactose intalerant fr a while but i drank regular milkone day at school andi was fine, and my family continues to drink lactose free milk even thoughnoone needs it. all they do toit is take out thelacctose. the only differance from regular milk is tht its gentler on the stomach ((and it tastes good)) so dont worry bout it(:

I'm confused ... If you're lactose-intolerant and drink regular milk, then you are going to have gas, bloating and intestinal discomfort. Lactose-free milk has an enzyme added, to help lactose-intolerant people digest it. This enzyme has no flavor and will not affect anyone else who drinks the milk. The vitamins/minerals in each are identical. . From your question, I couldn't tell if you were, or were not, lactose intolerant:)
