You have the right information now we have to do something with it. However you don't mention anything about canned foods. Might be interesting to know their nutritional value too.
As a mythbuster I'm giving you a star for the interesting and informative facts. This must be the "new you". One way to not be deleted, lol.
Ha ha ha ha....lets see how your stalkers deal with this. If this gets deleted they're going to look pretty stupid.
?????
just checking...it's still here, lol.
I agree with about 99% of what you said, but I don't really see a question here. Maybe just some fleshing out. Carbs aren't really "bad" but most of the carbs an average American consumes really is bad:Chips, large volumes of pasta in a buttery or otherwise fatty sauce or alcohol. But yeah, if you have good carbs that your body will need it's all good. Just one example.
Hi,
It's interesting what you said about late night eating, I was always told not to eat after 10pm, but yeah, I suppose calories are calaries whenever they get eaten.
whats the question? - or are you just having a rant?
Many thanks.
Good information.
No mention of sardines tho. Fish oil has essential fatty acids.
