italian is always a good fallback if you dont know.try lasagne with some nice wine.perhaps a merlot if its meat lasagne or do a cheese with a nice crisp blush to cut the heaviness of the pasta.or the new thing that is all the rage is tapas.simple spanish appetizers that are all the rage.there are many simple recipes out there.try those with a mojito bar.make a mix of straight mojito,then have flavorings on the side that people can add to their liking.good luck to you!!!
