You want to eat something with lots of substance, meaning fiber or protein, because that is what resolves your hunger pains. Something I do to help remedy nighttime cravings and it has also kept me slim and in shape is having a bowl of fiber 1 cereal with fresh fruit and skim milk. No matter how late it is, it is best to satisfy your hunger, otherwise sleep is compromised. I eat it when I wake up and I have it as my last meal of the day. It has tons of soluble fiber with helps burn fat, scientifically proven by the way. And I know, its fiber cereal but honestly it really is kinda like a denser cheerios. Still has the same sweetness and goes great with fruit. My friends were also reluctant to try at first but many are hooked as well and getting in shape. good luck. whatever you decide, steer clear of carbs at night.

everyone says warm milk but i don't like the taste of it so hot chocoalte made with milk is what i drink because its warma dn calming and filling :D hope i helped
