Velveeta is cheap and cheesy......bulk stores, restaurant supply, walmart (with food dept.), sam's club, costco, smart & final, food4less, etc.... should have bulk packages of cheese.

Personally, I prefer mozzarella. Try to buy cheeses at your local wholesale store like Costco if you want to buy large quantities. If you want to buy small quantities, go to your local supermarket.
