Potatoes are not sugar. Don't know where you got that misleading bit of information. There is a huge difference between sucrose and starch. I will be happy to help educate you if you are interested.

they are still so good...what i do is once they are done deep frying the first time take them out and put them in a mixture of honey and sugar then deep fry them a second time and while they are cooking drink a glass of sugar water and snort a line fo sugar...
