I just had a sandwich using tuna which was refrigerated for more than a week. Will I be sick? Am nervous?!
Answers: Well if your arent sick by now then count yourself lucky. . . . . Dont risk it again! Seafood, fresh mayo, etc really shouldnt be consumed after 2 to 4 days considering the storage conditions. If in doubt - THEN JUST DONT EAT IT. Fresh is best for seafood. (But dont panic - you will live)
You should have posted this BEFORE you ate it.
If you're going to get sick (you probably won't) then it will be within the next hour or two.
I usually toss things like that after 3-4 days
DONT WORRY.....if u hav gud and strong immunity system in ur body then u dont have to worry.....BE COOL.....BE HAPPY...u arent goin to die...jus relax and enjoy all the food. bye and please do take care of urslf.
I dont think you will get sick. But anything made with mayo you should keep more than 2-3 days.. I agree with the first post that says next time .. ASK FIRST!!!!
Maybe not, but you should always read the best before date before consuming anything, although most products will last a few days more unopened past their eat by date.
Hope you don't get sick, but if you do, keep taking fluids and don't eat for the next 24 hours to clear the bugs from your system.
Have a good day Hun ;-)
Hopefully you won't get any side effects from the tuna. At worst, you may have an upset stomach and be running to the bathroom. If that happens you can always take some Peptobismal or something similar.
