Due to the nutrients contents, which one is better? Butter or Margarine?!

Question: I'd go with butter because @ least you KNOW what is in it....many margarines are 'altered' vegetable oils and alot of the things they use to alter them and what they become after that process is questionable.....better to use something natural even if it is animal based, than to gunk up your system with potentially harmful altered substances.

butter

probably neither, but at least margarine is plant-based fat instead of animal fat and animal fat like butter is high in saturated fat, which is an artery clogger. both contain calories, but margarine is often enhanced with omega 3 and so on as well which is healthy.

margarine is one molecule away from being plastic.

butter - natural is best, in moderation of course. Margarine is fake and like eating axle grease so where is the point? Also, they may have omega 3 added but the best source of this is your oily fish. the kind they put in margarine has no health giving benefits

probably butter but its more fattening. Don't you ever wonder what they do to the oil to turn it into margerine? sunflower oil and all that crap? I mean how to they turn it into solid?

But its easier to spread lol

Butter, magarine has plastic component!!!! yuck!
