Eggs, fast food and good for you?? Is that true or false now we have all the boffins saying a cooked breakfast!

Question: is bad for you?

Answers: is bad for you?

I fear that there may be no food under the sun that has not at some time been bad for us!

All things in moderation like the post-war generation who have enjoyed fantastic longevity despite eating all the fearful nasties we are all being told to avoid!

false. eggs are full of cholesterol and dont provide you with anything you cant get from healthier non-animal foods

Cooked breakfast is bad becauase of all the fat from the bacon and sausage etc (and also in the egg if you fry it in lard or something)

Eggs are quite high in cholestrol so should be eaten in moderation but are very nutritious.

A cooked breakfast isn't always unhealthy, depends how you cook it and what you cook!
Scrambled eggs are better for you than fried and grilled bacon is better than fried.

You are allowed to have 2 to 4 eggs a week. It depends on what you mean by fast food. Some of it like salads are fine.

I would say that everything is bad for you if you over indulge.

Once again we don't read things properly. Is not eating this or that that make us ill, except for allergies obviously. Is eating it too often or in big quantities.

A cooked breakfast once a week won't hurt, but have it every day and you're a candidate for a heart attack at least. Eggs are good for you as their yolk have vitamins A, D, E and K that are good for you.

We just have to remember that the key in eating is MODERATION and variety.

There are always some boffins or other telling us this and that is bad for us.Use your common sense and eat what you want in moderation.A cooked breakfast doesn,t have to be off the menu as long as you limit it to two or three time a week and perhaps grill more than fry if you want a clear conscience.Enjoy!
