Healthy smoothie recipes?!
-Water
-Fruit juice
-Coconut water
-Green tea
-Fat-free milk
-Whatever you like, or a mixture
2. Add your favorite fresh or frozen fruit. (I like frozen, as it gives a better texture. Try peeling a banana and freezing it, it makes a wonderful smoothie)
3. Add extra nutrients with things like:
-Hemp protein powder
-Flaxseed meal
-Spirulina
-Maca root powder
-Cacao powder
-Any green powder
I wouldn't suggest using ALL of those...they're just a few easy-to-find and super healthy additives so your smoothie will power you through the day.
You can also add nuts, seeds, and even rolled oats to help thicken a smoothie if need be. Finally, add a sweetener if you like. Try: yukon root syrup, steevia (liquid or powder), agave nectar, honey, maple syrup, or another natural sweetener.

Put vanilla yogurt, frozen berries, frozen bananas and some honey into a blender...its great. Just eyeball the measurements.
erm i think its a good idea to always add at least half a banana,
for a pinky-red-- 7 strawberries,10 rasberries, 1/2 peach
for a yellow-orange--1/4 apple, whole mango, half an orange.
