How many vegtables or fruit did u consume 2day?!
Answers: just wondering if everyone really does eat the 5 a day
I had some lettuce and pickles on my burger, does that count?
I just had a big apple, which counts as two. Had a banana this morning, so I am well on my way here....
Bad today, only an orange and a apple but had porridge for breakfast!!

well i work in a fruit and veg shop so i snack on fruit all day but if i never worked there i would prob not eat enough
do i eckers- i did have a banana at break and a fruit pot at lunch with melon pear n grape in it-im not a fan of fruit at all so thats a lot for me
About three different vegetables and one apple. Sometimes u can eat more than 5 a day, and sometimes it is less. Who can keep up with what is required anyways.

i had orange juice so that's one fruit, i had mustard greens, that's two, lunch time i had tomatoe sauce in my meat thats three, the coriander and green italian pepper i put in my sauce is four, and apple sauce thats five, there you go, and when i get home i'll have dinner and o-dee on my veggies and fruits all over again,,,,

I had half a punnet of grapes- 2, glass of smoothie- 2, tin of tomato- 2, half an onion- 1, one portion of green beans- 1 lol so today i had 8 hahaha. But it is normally much less.
Ive had carrot and turnip on my lunch and Ive had red peppers , and spinach on my dinner and Ive also eaten 2x small oranges and a banana for snacks through out day .so yes Ive had my 5 a day.
I had cabbage for lunch!
It,s a struggle and I congratulate myself it I manage 3 or 4.Today I,ve had cauliflower,roast onion,tinned mandarins and some plums,so,for me,a good day.
Today is young...so i havnt eaten as of yet..but yesturday
lets see i had a banana .....some soy beans...pineapple tidbits...spinich salad, with cucumbers,cherry tomato's, mushroooms. with squeeze of lemon for dressing. and veggie-tofu stirfry!
btw i am a vegetarian....so i know i have more than 5 just about everyday.
