chicken casserole

1 pound of chicken(cooked and diced)
3 cans cream of chicken soup
3cups pepperideg farm seasoned stuffing mix
8 ounces sour cream
1 package ritz crackers
1 stick butter(melted)

cook chicken until done cube and put in a 9 by 13 baking dish
add soup, sour cream, stuffing mix ... mix well and spread evenly in the baking dish crumble crackers up on top of mixture and melt butter and pour over mixture.

bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees

I like making homemade pizza or pasta with clam sauce.

Authentic Chicken enchiladas

Shepherd's pie, because its easy and I put all the food groups in it so its fairly balanced. Well, except for fruit...that might taste a bit odd...

My favorte to cook is curry chicken with apples and rasins. But it takes for ever so we only make it when we have plenty of time.

I love Pork chops cooked and then heated in a cream of mushroom soup Gravy and Home made Mashed Potatoes!!!! YUM!!! my boyfriend and I really could eat it at least 3 times a week!!!

i love making homemade carbonara using fresh garlic, good olive oil and top choice bacon. It tastes soo good!

i serve it up with garlic and herb bread and a garden salad.


i also love making this.

Apricot chicken served with garlic rice.

I like shrimp, with rice, green and red peppers choped and soy sauce.

thats hard because cooking relaxes me, so as long as im cooking im great. yesterday I made tilapia with tomatillo sauce and beer and it was soooo awsome. If anybody want the recipe let me know.

I love making hot wings. :)

I have a fryer out in the garage, and I usually make A LOT for parties, so it takes awhile . . . a good excuse to hang out in the garage, drink beer, and "cook."

And I also love eating a big ol' plate of them, with another beer. :)

An omelet only thing I can cook without a microwave and toaster

spaghetti and meatballs (of course that's mainly just making the sauce, and the meatballs)

my favorite dish to cook is liver, mash potatoes and corn.

I saute baby spinach with mushrooms & zuuchini in a little bit olive oil with fresh garlic and serve with angel hair pasta
