I had two cans of tuna with a small amount of mayo, 2 cups of coffee with 1 splenda packet and 1 tsp 1/2 & 1/2, and a hard boiled egg. Right now I am drinking a diet Lipton green tea. And for dinner I will be having 3 slices of cheese and 2 hard boiled eggs and possibly a can of tuna.
3 waffels!

Cereal, Ramen noodle soup, and some herseys kisses
Oh my god here goes...
a kfc meal ; chips, wrap and coke
a whole packet of bourbon biscuits
a can of coke
a twirl chocolate bar

Breakfast = about 12 ritz crackers
Lunch = 2 carrot sticks, raw and teriyaki beef jerky
Lots of water
Breakfast was a piece of ham, one egg and a piece of toast.
Lunch was a salad from the salad bar at Pizza Hut
Dinner will be chicken tenders, some rice and either broccoli or mixed veggies.
I'll also have 8 oz of milk, 4 oz of orange juice, and no sugar added ice cream and some almonds.

wow i ate a lot of crap today lol. i dont usually eat like this
bran flakes with dried fruit. grapes, and a bread stick with sausages and tomato sauce.
I just had a light lunch of triscuits, habanero cream cheese, smoked salmon, & jalapenos.
- 1 apple
- 1 cup of coffee
- 2 almonds and half a walnut
- about 1 cup of stuffed pasta (leftover dinner from last night)
Ok... here goes:
Today i ate:
2 pancakes and nutella
Subway salami sandwich with jalapenos and no sauce ;) (toasted..)
Another salami sandwich an hour later (oops!)
Diet irn bru
Glass of fresh orange juice
Packet of baked crisps

breakfast: 1 chocolate royale slimfast shake, 1 12 oz diet pepsi, snack: 21 oz. diet doctor pepper, 2 handfuls mini chocolate rice cakes , lunch: taco salad( tortilla chips with shredded cheese, taco seasoned meat and lettuce) with cup of rice., 21oz diet pepsi. Tonight I will probably have more soda, because I'm an addict and pizza. Healthy? Not very but that's what I ate.
Some antibiotics and four flu tablets, as i have flu.
If i dont lose weight this week i'll eat my hat.
So far... only 2 bowls of Kelloggs Fruit Harvest (Strawberry & Blueberry version).

well where i live right now its just about 3 o'clock in the afternoon so far today ive eaten:
breakfast- a banana(i was running late)
lunch-(we ate out) baked chicken with scampi sauce,mac and cheese,french fries,rice,breadstick and sweet tea
for dinner ill probably eat a bowl of cereal and then when i come home from night class ill either eat some sugar free jello or grapes i havnt decided yet
