Too much milk?!
Answers: I'm an 18 yr old. For breakfast, I take oatmeal with milk, for afternoon snacks I usually have yogurt, and before going to bed I drink milk. Guys, tell me, is there such a thing as "too much milk/dairy"?
I know that according to United States gov't you would be completely within our recommended guidelines. They recommend 3 servings of dairy a day. A serving = 8 oz. of milk, 1 cup of yogurt, or 1 oz of hard cheese.
They recommend this to women in particular because of our risk of osteoporosis as we get older.

Yes! If you have to much calcium a day, you can start getting some sort of calcium toxins in your body from to much of it. But thats when you have about 6-8 glasses a day...

no, that's not too much, and no i don't believe you can have too much milk. i love milk myself, i am 24 and i drink a lot. also, when you are younger, your bones need all the milk they can get, especially whole milk, whereas when you get older, your bones don't take it in as much, and the benefits you get with milk aren't maximized. also, when you are younger if you don't drink milk, you can become lactose intolerant, which means you won't be able to drink it anymore without a reaction, which would suck, especially if you enjoy milk, like myself. but i think you are drinking a good amount and should continue.

Dairy products are said to be high in fat but if you maintain a healthy life there will be no problem. Milk is the best liquid ever! Chocolate Milk, Strawberry Milk, Yogurts, Grilled Cheese, and dont forget ICE CREAM!!
Drinking milk is actually very unnatural. I rather get my calcium through other means thank you.
From what I think no not really there could be if you drank it all at once but it could actually be good for you because you figure you only drink maybe a fourth of a cup in the yogurt and oatmeal and then a glass before bed so that is only like two glasses of milk a day really thats not too much. It might just seem like it because thats what you eat and drink almost every day. Though it can be too much when thats all you eat and drink every day you need meat and other things such as fruit and maybe sometimes pie or some type of carbohydrates. That can be bad for you if thats all you eat and drink everyday.
