Sounds like a great diet to me. Keep it up!! UM, And I think Cheerios have a lot of fiber, so keep eating them.

Sounds very good to me. I really love the fruit yogurt parfait from McD.

You need more high quality protein in there. Eat some hard boiled eggs. Change the cheerios out for something high in fibre

Try to stay away from fast food. I know what you had isn't traditionally unhealthy, but sometimes fats are snuck into those meals for added flavor.

You need to add a little more protein. Missing from dinner. Sounds great over all

My father-in-law has had heart problems since he was in his forties (he's 76 now). About 5 years ago he became a diabetic and decided to control it with his diet. He went to a nutritionist and learned how to eat a healthy, balanced diet. Within 6 months he lost a bunch of weight and was able to either reduce the dose or eliminate all of his medications.
Do some research on the web, but check the sources of the information to make sure it's legitimate.

Looks pretty good but you definitely need much more protein and less refined carbs (muffin/parfait/cereal). If you are vegetarian it's understandable but replace some of those refined carbs with nuts, beans or even tofu.

If you aren't vegetatian you need some lean proteins like egg whites, turkey breast, chicken breast, or even fish.

sounds great

You need protein, meat isn't bad just don't get a greasy cheeseburger from McD, get something lean. Try chicken or eggs too.
