White chocolate - is it really chocolate or just milk solids?!

Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Dried Whole Milk, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithins). Flavouring. White chocolate contains: Cocoa solids ---- per cent, Milk solids ---- per cent.

There is no chocolate in it. It is just candy.

No chocolate. Just milk and sugar and the rest of the stuff. I surely avoid it.

Chocolate needs both the cocoa and the cocoa butter.
White chocolate only contains the cocoa butter.

White chocolate is made of cocoa butter, milk, and sugar. It seems to be milk solids, but I wouldn't test it if I wasn't supposed to have it (chocolate).
