Do you pine for extinct biscuits?!
However, on a more positive note I can report that Dark Chocolate Hob Nobs have reappeared at my local Somerfield.
Answers: There are many excellent biscuits that are no longer with us, for example Abbey Crunch and Lincoln Biscuits.

That was indeed the golden age of the Great British biscuit old boy. These new fangled so called biscuits with there fancy Dan names and ingredients couldn't hold a candle to the Abbey Crunch, although I have to agree with you on the whole Hob Nob debate. Tip Top (Dunk)
Not a biscuit but I could murder a TEXAN BAR!!!
No, but there are certain sweeties & chocolate that I used to eat as a child that I'd love to have again!! Tiffin bars, Glees, fruit polos.......
Abbey all butter crunch and Lincoln biscuits are happily both still readily available 'down this way'....I was also elated to note the ressurection of the 'sports' and 'Malted Milk' biscuits
Ah .............. yes, I feel exactly the same for the same....
I too, miss products deemed unfinancial to produce.......Pan Yan pickle, for example ( far superior to Branston )
I entered Pan Yan, into my search engine, came up with a site devoted to long gone products ( eg Spangles etc )
the site also offered methods of how to prepare the biscuits, pickles etc. Got Cook to try the recipe for Pan Yan, absolutely marvellous........
Trios - used to love em
Abbey Crunch were the royalty of biscuits. It's funny that I didn't realise they are no longer around ! Bring them back I say. The perfect size and durability to dunk in my cuppa.
Lemon puffs, my nan always had them and I used to love them when I was a child.
