Lol...I like to have breakfast for dinner especially since I barely have time to eat it in the morning with having to get ready for school and all.. But yeah I love bacon and pancakes and waffles, omelettes, hash browns ahhh its so good!

Actually yes it is but it cant be super heavy or I just feel ICK after eating it. So for a supper brkfst I prefer a German Apple Pancake, its light, fluffy and very filling. Which reminds me I gotta go make one now..lol Im hungry

We work a lot of late hours in our business so breakfast for supper is a big fave. I like to make a strata the day before a long job, then all we have to do is zap it for a minute or two, and we're good to go. I like to use stale croissants for my base with the eggs, and small cubes of Smithfield ham with some basil mixed in.
Or, we like to make a bacon and egg, with potato and peppers, fritatta. And toasted brioche. Ummmmm!
