that is the WORST cereal on this planet and i love food!!! it makes me feel like i am eating bricks.

It tastes delicious in yogurt, and that's how I eat it. It is healthy considering all the fiber in it, calories having nothing to do with healthy.

I don't like it ethier, but there are some people that enjoy it. It's kinda like granola you can put it on top of ice cream or yogurt

Alomost broke a tooth on the stuff once!!!!

I've been eating that for sixty years. It most certainly does not taste like cardboard. As for it being "hard as rocks", it can be heated in the microwave in milk and that'll make it easier to chew. I, however, prefer it cold and hard! That's why nature gave us teeth, child!

I loved it as a kid, with some sweetener on it...I'd let it sit in the bowl and soak up some milk so it wasn't so hard.

It's been around a looong time so apparently it's got a 'fan base' of some sort. ?

I put a little sugar in mine, and wait until it is softer to eat!!

Also, I buy it and put it in my yogurt and my yogurt whips, that makes the effects of yogurt last longer and I really like this!!

People who love to hear the crunch crunch in their ears. Plus, if memory serves, it tastes pretty good - you may have bought an old box. Of course, some people love raw oysters and some hate it. So it may just be a taste thing.

i love grape nuts! either with a little bit of sugar and milk, or microwaved with water, sugar and butter...
