What foods can sharpen mind skills quickly?!


Question: Hey, I'm sweating out a big report tonight, and I keep getting blocked out (lack o sleep is not good, I know that), but I was wondering if anybody could think of a food that could allow me to focus better, even just temporarily, so I can get through this thing.

Any food do that that I might have somewhere in my house?

if you want to stimulate your brain functions you have to eat much fresh fruit and carrots (raw).

one of the substances that fruit contains are natural sugars. they stimulate the brain so we can think faster and recall information more quickly. There are many other substances that fruit contains which scientists think they stimulate the brain. eat some raw carrots at least once a week to stimulate your memory

Lentils broccoli nuts punkin seeds to name a few

fish?

Almonds and fresh fruits.
Milk also.

Fish, and omega 3 tablets, so things like teensense ( if in the uk, at sainsburrys, and tescos i think)

I know its not a food but WATER is what you need. You can eat walnuts too(great brain food)

I know chewing gums could improve one's memory
