Food that is fried bolied..and etc...by how much will it lose it's good nutritional value?!


Question: If I fry meat...would it's protein be gone?
If I were to boil potato's...will the starch go into the water? If so..to what extent? Would I still be able to use it's carb's?

If you fry your meat the protein will still be there but in addition will have more calories because of the fat or oil that you've used , if you boil the potatoes some of the starch will go in the water you can use the water to make bread and add more carbs to your bread that way ,or make a gravy with the water that will not include carbs but cholesterol as well , so my advice would be to either bake or steam these food at least you would save yourself from blocking all your arteries
