Spicy Kiwi Fruit?!

Question: I have tried to recreate a banana kiwi drink I once had. The problem is everytime I blend the kiwi and banana in the blender it comes out spicy (like cayenne peppers).

After my second attempt, I thought maybe it was the seeds or the core so I took these out. To my surprise, the kiwi are still spicy. Why?

What's in the drink? Kiwi fruit, banana and ice - tha'ts it.

kiwi fruit is tangy anyway, but when you blend it the seeds get mashed up get little sharp, maybe this is what you think is spicey.

its the seeds all mashed up, kiwi doesnt really blend well becuase the seeds get sharp, but its yummy to eat on its own

i think the kiwi stuff you can buy already blended has the seeds drained out or something or mabe swaped rather than blended

you need to buy the syryps because of the seed and it may not be as healthy but it is going to give you the flavour that your after.Friut also goes out of season so the kiwi might be of season. So either you invent a seedless kiwi or just stick to syryps all the best with you cooking quest :)
