My father is a Lobsterman so I've been around it and tons of other seafood my whole life. I use to hate fish though (it didn't help that my mom's cooking of fish totally s*cked).
We never ate a ton of lobster but we had lots of fish (3-4 X's a week) 'cause the fish that gets caught in the traps is "free", the lobsters are worth $. Not until I had moved out and lived on my own for a few years did I eat fish again. Now I love it, even sushi.

Wow! Too many to list but soft shells are RIGHT up there! How can you resist a soft crab sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo, a side of fries and cole slaw??? Of course, I'm from Maryland. Oysters probably come next on the list then everything else.
