Large Flour Tortilla
3 eggs
2 breakfast links/sausages or bacon- SEE TIP BELOW
1 tsp. taco or burrito seasoning
shredded cheese
salsa or taco sauce
Scramble eggs in microwave, (a glass measuring cup works perfectly!) set aside.
Heat sausage or bacon in microwave, chop coarsely, mix into eggs. Mix in seasoning.
Warm tortilla 5 seconds in microwave. Spread egg mixture over center. Sprinkle on cheese. Spoon salsa or sauce on to taste. Fold tortilla ends in and roll.
Heat in microwave 30 seconds to melt cheese. Enjoy with sour cream and salsa if desired.
TIP: I chop the meat in the food processor. This Burrito also tastes GREAT with ANY leftover chicken, pork, burger, etc!
some chimichanga burrito i buy at costco, i cant think of the name but they are good. you find them in the frozen section.
