White bread is for people that don't get it.

Whole wheat....and has to have 3 or more grams of fiber in it.

Wheat bread has tons of nutrients and stuff, but if you eat it a lot I find that you get sick of it really fast. I'd suggest having both, keeping them in your refrigerator so they don't go bad, and having wheat most of the time with white whenever you need a comfort food boost. White bread with skippy peanut butter inside and some cheetos on the side always cheers me up.

white bread turns to a form of poisen in your stomach because humans dont have the right enzymes to digest what is in the white bread.

wheat is all natural and much more digestable for your body.

so unless you wanna kick the bucket when you are 56, wheat is the way to go :]

wheat bread - even the kind with all the seeds/grains it it. That's all my kids eat. Although when you make a peanut butter sandwich, I like the cheap doughy white stuff.

Wheat, even hot dog buns, english muffins and bagels.

Whole Grain White Bread. It tastes wayyy better, and you get your vitamins!

i always come back to white!

white bread is the best it is yummy!

the overall nation seems to enjoy white bread, but the more wholesome and healthy choice is wheat.
