Can you drink an unopened soda can from 20 years ago?!

Question: Would you get sick? I think they are fresh for a year or so but I don't think they really go bad if they are pressurized but then again I don't really know.

You'd probably get sick.
Or if not, you'd probably get some kind of unwanted metal in your system.
No doubt that the metal in the can disintegrated to some degree.

(Not to say what it would taste like).

it would definately taste funny. Just go buy some fresh soda.

Yes, it would be so nasty though

No man, that thing has gone south.
They put expiration dates on them now
Put it up on ebay, maybe some collector will want it!

No, do not try it. The metal can break down on the inside from the soda, and leach into the liquid. If you are bound to do it, you can taste it, spit it out and then pour it out! Ugh! Either you are really hard up for a soda or just not thinking strait. You might call a soft drink company or museum to see if any one there can give you the heads up.

Darlin,
lol...question of the day...Who has 20 yr old pop??? Good grief!! I have heard of stashing stuff or buying in bulk...but...lol...I wouldn't drink it...somebody might want to buy it from U though...for the logo, collectors...certainly not for the taste..lol...Good luck!!!
