Well i dont know how it affects your health but I dont think it should.
But i know this much- cooking in aluminium pots turns the food out beautifully well.

There is no health risk in using standard aluminium pots.

In fact, if we go back a few hundred years, Royalty swapped their golden plates for the newly found aluminium ones, as they were rarer, and considered rather special.

However I have a pewter drinking pot, which contains lead, so that is dodgy !

In the 1980s the use of aluminium pans was thought to help cause alzheimers.

My guess is that you would have to use them exclusively for decades before symptoms showed. Nut I'm not a doctor.
