Is it okay to indulge in healthy foods once in a while?!

2 cups Skim milk
1 cup fat free yogurt
2 1/2 bananas
6 strawberries
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
(makes like 8 cups but i drink only 3 or 4)
Carbs
-Whole wheat yeast free bread (low fat, low cal)
-2 bowls organic corn cereal (no sugar low fat)
-skim milk
Answers: I mean into like a fruit drink that I make myself or a larger whole wheat carb intake than usual.
