Answers:
First of all you need to get air into the heavy whipping cream (to get this you need whisk it in) and then gradually add in the sugar and vanilla!. The bowl that you use have be kinda cold!.!.!.I've tried it not cold and it came out with the same consistency!. Dont over mix it or else you'll end up with butter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

keep whipping it until it turns light and fluffy :)

sorry if i'm wrong!.!.!.!. i'm not a cook, but this is my most educated guessWww@FoodAQ@Com

Is the cream spoiled!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you beat whipped cream too much the fat turns to butter and clumps up like that!.

don't mix it so much!.

also vanilla is suspended in alcohol and too much can curdle milkWww@FoodAQ@Com

stop sucking the nitrus out of the can!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Organic sugar and imitation vanilla!? Strange combo!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

heavy cream not cold enough!. try placing the bowl in an ice bathe while mixingWww@FoodAQ@Com

this makes me mad! you guys act like this is the worst situation ever, because your whipped cream wont come out right, then there was a question i just asked that matters to this world about a girl who doesnt know what to do and her cat is dying! sheesh just make some new whipped cream!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you adding too much vanilla!. Try not to use more than a half teaspoon!. also, I usually freeze the mixing bowl for about a half hour before making to keep it from getting too warm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

pun is right the sugar and vanilla need to added after the cream is whipped and over whipping can cause lumps!. you can probably rescue this by getting some more cream reserve a little for thinning the clumpy stuff!. Whip the new cream and see if you can rescue the clumpy stuff with the liquid cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try putting the mixing bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes before you make your next batch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

be careful, it might turn to butterWww@FoodAQ@Com
