Are Eggs Healthy?!
I was wondering how often i can eat eggs and how many of them can i eat in order for me NOT to gain weight or anything!.!. but to just stay healthy!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

eating egg whites are healthy, and as for the yolks, you are allowed two a day, becasue each one contains 250 mg of cholesterol!. Your daily goal for cholesterol should be 500!. The average american eats 3000 mg a day!. Its important to watch your cholesterol because if it gets too high, it can cause hypertention and stroke!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Eggs are good for you in moderation!. I really can't tell you how often to eat them or how many because I have no idea about your eating habits or your activity level!. Sorry!.

they are healthy for you but only eat it 3 times a week if u eat it more then 3 times you can gain weight so if you want to eat egg you can it doesnt make you get fat dont worry but remember only 3 times a weekWww@FoodAQ@Com
There only healthy if there organic and say corn fed!. Its shocking what preservatives and food colorings they put in regular eggs!. Dont eat too many!. The colesterol in eggs isn't 'bad' colesterol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
About 2 eggs per week to keep you healthy!. Always eat in moderation =] Don't fry with egg, try poaching or boiled egg, they're much healthier! And don't forget to eat them plain lol, it's even much more healthierWww@FoodAQ@Com
