Answers:
Thawing & refreezing meat is not dangerous to your health as long as the meat never got to a dangerous temperature in the first place!. However, it will affect the flavor and texture of the meat!. You can still use it, but I wouldn't use it as a stand alone component of the meal!. You can still use it in soups or casseroles where other ingredients and flavors will offset the damage done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Never refreeze meat or fish because bacteria will start forming but it wont be harmful if the meat is cooked the best way is only defrost what you need and do it slowly in the refrigerator then an hour before cooking take the meat from the fridge prepare and cook till its done the way you want it!.also check the temperature of the food when its cooked this will ensure there are no cold spots in the middle after all who wants food poisoning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I work for a poultry plant and you cannot refreeze chicken and if you refreeze hamburger meat you might have a bloody taste to itWww@FoodAQ@Com
