I'd do the colby jack if I were you!. I think cheddar makes a pizza too greasy!. But then again, I think pepperoni makes a pizza too greasy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont know what colby jack is but when i run out of mozzerella i use red leicester or CHEDDAR an dit tastes GOODWww@FoodAQ@Com

Always remember there are no rules to food, as long as it tastes good!. I would use either cheese or maybe even both!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Colby Jack works out just fine my wife used to have me make our pizzas with it!. Cheddar tends to burn!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put whatever cheese you like on your pizza!. It will be delicious!.
Why not try a mixture of colby and jack cheese or cheddar and jack cheese!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

colby jack would probably be your best bet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cheese is cheese! It'll just taste a little different from what you're used to and it'll have a more orange appearance!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

not great on a pizza with Italian spices !.!.!. but you could change it to a Mexican pizza, and use chili powder, cumin, peppers insteadWww@FoodAQ@Com

Either one works fine!. Just make sure your other toppings will be okay with the different cheese!. Most are fine, just give it some thought!.

Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
