non creamy soups are always good!. whole wheat bread with lean meats!. pita and hummus!. salad (add the dressing just before you eat)!. raw fruits and veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chef salads are good, just roundup all of your extras and throw them in a bowl with some lettuce!. If you're taking it somewhere, leave the dressing on the side and put it on when you get there!. Wraps are also good, and so are cold pastas with chicken bits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pita bread, chopped veggies or salad to stuff into the pita and some dressing to drizzle on top!. You can add some thin sliced deli ham or turkey for protien or crumbled feta!. Whatever appeals to you!. I would assemble them at lunch so the pita doesn't get soggy and toss the bottle of dressing in your lunch bag or use the new spray dressings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well just buy your normal groceries and in the sandwhiches you could put cucumber and alsorts but the main thing is just be creative with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always try to cook extra of what I have had the previous night for lunch the next day!. So if I have pasta and sauce that is good cold, if I have had potatoes that becomes potato salad, etc!. This might not work so well with kinds but I guess the principal is planning ahead!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

One banana,1!.Apple!.1!.pear!. small bowl,1!.carton of natural yogurt,peel banana and apple plus the pear,slice into chunks put them in bowl pour on yogurt,and enjoy!.
