Just don't eat the crisps!. After a few days, your body will get used to having smaller ammounts of food and you won't want the crisps!.

Alternatively, have a raw carrot!. It takes ages to chew up and the chewing mechanism in your jaw helps to signal to your brain that you've had enough to eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try a salad of fresh crisp greens, with croutons for some added crunch!. I like to add just a bit of blue cheese and some dried cranberries!. I top it off with a light balsamic vinigrette!. Find a combination that you like, add some grilled chicken or another healthy source of protien, and give up the sandwich all together!. Just remember to limit the amount of cheese you use and use a light dressing to keep the fat content down!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
