oh, I SO love a grilled burger!. I like a lot of food grilled - franks, brats, chicken, steaks, even fish!. But burgers!.!.!.!. hmmmm!.!.!.

It really is too bad that grilling takes so long!. In the "old days", the Dairy Queen chain used to have some stores with true grills in them (Blaizer or some such tag)!. That was the first fast food chain from which I ever had a good burger!. Then Burger King's burgers , if you get a freshly cooked one, usually has the grilled aroma and flavor!. But it isn't often that a chain tries this approach!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I confess, I don't know how to make a generic hamburger on the grill!. I can do steak, baked potatoes, ribs, etc!. but the burger stumps me!. Maybe I need a good recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
