but that may be because it's the only thing i personally know how to grill lol!.
my family is from santa maria california and has won many awards for their santa maria style and mesquite wood bbqs!.
so when they are the ones runnin the grill, i'll take a santa maria style tritip over ANYTHING!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think it's called hobo stew!? hmm any ways it's a hamburger on top of onions and green peppers and a potatoe chopped up wrapped in tin foil!. Or a bananna boat (a bananna with most of it scooped out u add chocalate chips, mini marsh mallows and put the other part of the peel back on and wrap it in tin foil and put it over the coals!.!! that is sooo good it's all melty and chocolate>y made up my own word lol!. Okay!.!.!.I'm going to share my BBQ beef ribs recipe with you!. Now, you're probably going to try to track me down to marry me, after you try these!.!.!.but I'm already married, so I'll have to turn you down! ;-) Hope you try these & enjoy them too!

Barbecued Beef Rib Bones

Prep time: About 5 Minutes
Marinating time: About 2 hours
Grilling time: About 20-25 minutes

About 6 pounds meaty Beef Rib bones
Mustard Marinade (recipe follows)

Cut bones into singles, if not already!. Arrange bones in a large, shallow pan!. Prepare Mustard Marinade & pour over ribs; turn to coat!. Cover and let stand for about 2 hours!.

Lift bones from marinade and drain briefly (reserve marinade)!. Place on a lightly greased grill, 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of hot coals or flame on gas grill!. Cook, turning & basting frequently with marinade until done to your liking (20-25 minutes for medium rare)!.

Mustard Marinade:
In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup Dijon mustard and 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar!. Beating constantly with a wire whisk, add ? cup olive oil, a few drops at a time!. Then beat in 1 clove minced garlic, ? teaspoon each thyme leaves & Worcestershire, and ? teaspoon pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
