Can some1 tell me wot is the original year the Texan Bar stopped bein sold, and Marathon became Snickers?!

While looking this up, I found two answers in regard to the Texan Bar!. According to wikipedia, it was discontinued in the 80s, but I later found that to be specified to be 1984!.
The bar was re-released for a bit, however!.!. I am unsure if it's still out or not!.
