What foods should I eat and not eat in order to maintain my weight?!
I am wondering what foods I should eat and not eat in order to maintain my weight!? I heard that healthy foods make you GAIN weight so does that mean I should stay away from healthy foods!? I am a 17 year old male by the way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Healthy foods dont make you gain weight!. Eat a healthy, balanced diet, and you will maintain your weight just fine!.If you want to do something to maintain weight and moderation seems a little simple, look at things like cutting out sugar, eat less bread, more filling, less chips, more salad, etc!. But your still so young!. Its unnessecary to worry bout weight!. Just enjoy life, and stop worrying!. And try sports, or if your like me and sports are a no go, the nintendo wii is a great alternative that combines activity and video games!. Walking and swimming work well too, though Ive head that cycling is suppose to be the best!. Hope that helps!. Try increasing the amount of fiber in your diet (25grams / day is the average daily recommendation)!. Even though it is mostly found in high carb foods, if you choose whole wheat / grains it really does a lot of good for your body!. I have been maintaining my weight by making sure I eat enough fiber and by drinking at least 6 glasses of water per day!. Watch out for things that say "wheat" on the package!. They are not always good for you!. Make sure the labels on your food say "whole wheat" or "whole grain"!. Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
