Slice it with a sharp knife down the center--and peel it off!.!.it's kind of grossWww@FoodAQ@Com
with a sharp knife, slit down the length of sausage, then gently pull casing off!.!.!.!.!.!.I do it all the time if I can't find bulk sausageWww@FoodAQ@Com
I don't take the casing off as much as I sqeeze the sausage out!. Pinch the middle of the link and press it through (think a tube of toothpast), then do the other side!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
