Well my Math teacher specifically told us that eating a can of tuna helps you to concentrate on your test!. I tried it and made an A on my math exam!. It really will help you focus!. Cantaloupe is supposed to be good at helping you focus also!. Peppermint is good as a snack while taking your test to help keep you focused too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get a really good night's sleep the night before!. I saw a 60 Minutes segment on the importance of sleep and they discovered that after a good night's sleep, you have better recall the next day of events that happened the day before!. So if you study the night before and then go to sleep for 8-9 hours, you should be good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

alcohol is the worst, so dont do Jack Daniel!. Actually, its best to eat blueberries!. (real ones) Not like an artifcial blueberry pie or fruit drink, but just plain blueberries!. I dont remember the chemical, you can google it, but blueberries stimulate your brain in the areas of memory and puzzle solving (math)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mint and cookies to eat!. the mint keeps you focused!. and the balance of the sugar in cookies keeps you slightly awake but not to giddy!. also drink water before an exam so you aren't thirsty because that is the biggest distraction besides having to go pee so pee first!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's a survival instinct if you are hungry it is because the environemnt you are in is difficult to obtain food!. Therefore you need to become sharper to survive!.

Idiots will tell you otherwise becuase they have read books about how the brain needs this or that etc!.!.!. The reality is for a short period of time you will become more focused!. You will feel terrible after the event is over but it aint the jungle!. You can eat all you want and sleep like a lion upon its conquered prey!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Protein and Caffiene!. Eat a good breakfast!.Eat Oatmeal, Waffles, Pancakes, etc; drink orange juice, milk, or coffee, and definitley have a side of fruit!. Particulary Oranges and Apples!. They have caffeine and sugars in them that keep you awake and energized!. It is always not a bad idea to eat a power/protein bar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
