What are the health disadvantages of NOT eating meat?!
I'm not vegetarian or anything, but I suffer depression, & I haven't eaten meat in like the past few days!. I felt too depressed to cook!. I feel very weak!. My friend told me I NEED that meat for iron & protein!. I've been eating cereal!. It has iron & protein, but she said it's not enough like meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Meat is good for you, it contains a lot of protein in it!. But remember to only eat a little bit at a time and not so much because this can cause excess fat!. Meat is okay and people everywhere eat it but be careful not to overeat it as not to overeat anything because you need a mix of different kinds of foods!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Read the label of your cereal, to see the amount of protein it provides!.!.!.!. I'll bet it isn't much:) Have some cheese, nuts, tofu, legumes, yogurt in addition to the cereal!.!. You probably aren't eating veggies & fruit either!. If you're that depressed, you should definitely see a doctor NOW!.!.!.!.!. There actually ARE some studies that say that people SHOULD eat red meat once or twice a week!. I don't remember what the article said it provided, but since I like red meat, I was just happy to see that!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
