I think they use Boca but I'm always afraid they are cooking it right next to the beef so I don't order it anymore!. They never serve it right either, you are better off just making it at home and it will taste better!. I've always gotten mine cold and not really "grilled" looking, I think they just throw it on there to get it warm!. I like Boca and Morning Star line of grillers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
