Answers:
If you are talking about those processed "lower fat" versions of pizza or salad dressing, it is the fat that gives it the original flavor and there just isn't a way to replace that!. But there are a lot of instances in which the healthiest foods also taste the best, such as fruits and vegetables eaten at the peak of the season, fresh herbs, freshly-ground spices, and naturally flavorful but low-fat foods, like vinegar and mustard!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

typically because its all the fatty things that contain the flavor!. there is nothing that says if its healthy it has to taste bad, it just happens to be that way!. if you want something healthy that tastes good then you have to really search and be willing to spend a decent amount of money!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The only reason I can think of is that it has been badly prepared and no seasoning was used!. Oh then of course if you are not having it with an espresso well what can you expect!. LOL!.

Fat gives food flavor and salt enhances flavor!. Without those two key ingredients things tend to taste bland!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you ask me, it's in your head and because of the way most people are raised!. I don't find at all that healthy food is bland!. I find that highly processed food filled with artificial ingredients tastes like chemicals!. Most people don't seem to notice that since that's what they're used to!. I'm not!. Taste is learned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Because there's little fat, sugar and salt in them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The western palate is not accustomed to healthy food that is tasty!. A culinary trip through vegan cultures of Asia is so tasteful and satisfying that you do not miss all the things that are not good for you!. Western healthy leaves a lot to be desired!.May I suggest a field trip into the joys of eastern eats for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
