is eating candy going to increase or help treat insulin resistance!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Insulin resistance is caused when the muscles refuse to use the insulin available in the body to use the sugars (glucose) available in the food plan for food for the muscles!.

More candy and sugars are not going to help this situation!. That is why we take oral medications that force the muscles to accept the insulins naturally made by the body to use the sugars available and not float them off in the blood stream to be eliminated by the kidneys and liver!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
