it's better to eat 6 small portions through the day rather than 3 big meals!.

as long as you're eating the right things and in moderation-you should be just fineWww@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on what you are eating but several small meals are preferable to 3 large meals!.

Anything high in fiber and low in fat/sugar/salt content can be eaten liberally!.

Popcorn, plain, is a high fiber snack that is low in calories!.

It depends upon whether you are referring to multiple small meals which can be healthy or if you feel an insatiable appetite!. If it is the insatiable appetite this can be a sign of a more serious nature and I don't mean an eating disorder!. Often diabetics before they are treated feel unquenchable thirst and hunger!. one of the signs of diabetes is being hungry and thirsty all the time!. No matter how much you eat and drink, the cells aren't using it, so there's no where for the glucose to go!. Pretty soon, the glucose is overflowing!. That's why someone who just got diabetes may have to go to the bathroom a lot!. Your body has to get rid of the sugar somehow because there's no more room for it!. So your body sends signals that it's thirsty, you drink a lot, and then the body uses the drink to get rid of extra glucose!.

All this time, your cells are not getting the food they still need to work and grow!. You are eating and drinking more than ever, but your cells are starving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
